Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

Lost your download?

Your receipt email contains the download link. You can also download every purchase again at any time:

• Bought through Gumroad: your library at gumroad.com/library.
• Bought through Polar: the customer portal at polar.sh/brightbench/portal (sign in with the email you used at checkout).

Refunds

If a product doesn't work as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We'll try to fix the problem first; if we can't, we'll refund you in full through the store you bought from (Gumroad or Polar).

Licensing

Products may be used by the buyer on any number of computers they own or manage, including for their clients. Redistributing or reselling the files is not permitted. Each download includes the full license in LICENSE.txt.

Updates

Bug-fix and feature updates within the same major version are free. The latest files are always in your Gumroad library or Polar customer portal.
